Are you a leader, a closer, a planner and organized We need you! We are Absolute Wireless and we need a Telemarketing manager. Responsibilities with this position include but are not limited to:
- Have excellent phone skills
- Manage and schedule five telemarketing reps
- Identify new clients and markets
- Planning marketing campaigns to new and existing customers
- Make sure reps are on phone as much as possible
- Ability to develop team and train co-workers on new sales tactics as well as products
- Must be able to multitask and turn on a dime
- Ability to adapt a team, identify new talent as well as identify weaknesses
